Nice videos. Too bad you didn't have session 5, that one was fun.

We'll either buy a second battery or charge during the lunch break. The 40 minutes of charging almost got us through session 6.

The drive was easy until I hit the Bay Bridge at 4:30. I was going crazy in that stop and go traffic. Plus the sound of the metal on metal was horrible. Luckily the rears were ok(replacing them too)....Fronts are definately done. No pads left. I took pics this afternoon.

And finally...no pads

I have some used pads that will fit those brakes if you need them to get you to Texas.

Thanks Matt, I appreciate the offer. I'm shipping the M5 and my wife's Rover and they will be picking them up on Thursday so I should be ok. The guy I bought the Brembo's from opened up his own BMW performance store Brecus.com(I think he was at the 5er fest you guys went too) and is selling me new slotted Brembo rotors and pads at his cost. He's also going to give me a good price on the rears(stoptech slotted OEM replacements). I wish I could have you guys install them but I dont know if I have enough time left in the area. Thanks again...I will miss having P-tech as my go to. I'm keeping the sticker in the engine bay though

It was a great time at the track. I had a ton of fun, even though I drive slow. Christian I do remember that guy. I think he had a nice Imola M5 too. Hopefully you can get your brakes sorted out. There are a couple really good BMW shops in Texas, just depends on where you are.

You and your car will be missed.

Yep, thats the guy. I met him on the M5board originally before he opened up his shop. I'll be in the N. Austin/Round rock area. If you know of a good place let me know.

I'll miss you guys too. I've had a lot of fun with the Baybimmerz crew over the last couple years. This group and all the stuff we get into is one of the things I'll miss most about no longer being in CA.
